Galton Board
A live histogram for bias, variance and non-Gaussian surprises.
What is this?
An interactive Galton board where balls fall through rows of pegs and form a distribution. It starts as a physical picture of the binomial and Gaussian distributions, then adds memory to stress the model.
How it works
Each peg acts like a left/right decision. With neutral pegs, many independent choices converge toward a bell curve. Biased or memory-driven pegs shift, sharpen or split the distribution.
